Brickspace Lab is a small Canadian-based software company. We specializes in creating exceptional ecommerce experiences for brands on Shopify. Over the years we’ve worked with countless clients on design and development projects. In the past couple years we’ve shifted our focus to building and selling themes on the Shopify Theme Store.

About the role


We're seeking a design-driven individual to lead our marketing efforts. The primary focus of this role will be increasing theme sales and growing our audience. We're looking for someone who's fired up about creating content, getting it out there, and tracking its impact across different platforms. As a small team it feels like we often have many great ideas but just don’t have the capacity to execute. That’s where you would come in

Ok so what does this actually look like? To start we would want to make sure our existing marketing channels are active - so we’ll be posting to social and actually sending out a monthly newsletter. We want to make sure we’re engaging our existing customers and followers. Apart from that this role would have lots of flexibility - maybe we spend more time creating blog content, creating videos or scheduling interviews for a podcast. Bottom line: we want someone who's pumped about growing sales, building our audience, and isn't afraid to try new things.

The hired individual will work from a pre-developed content calendar, transforming notes, ideas and unedited video materials into polished, engaging content for multiple platforms.
