Conditions can be used to target specific visitors on your website. Using conditions you can narrow your campaign impressions and ensure you're sending the right message to the right person at the right time.
Match all vs Match any
When using multiple conditions there are two ways you can have your campaign trigger.
- Match all conditions
- When selecting Match all conditions your campaign will only be displayed if all conditions are successfully met
- Match any condition
- When selecting Match any conditions your campaign will only be displayed if at least one condition is successfully met
The URL condition
Use this condition to target customers visiting a URL. There are three ways to set the URL condition:
- Contains - your campaign will be displayed if the URL a visitor lands on contains the text you've included
- Matches - your campaign will be displayed if the URL a visitor lands on exact matches the text you've included
- Does not contain - your campaign will be displayed if the URL a visitor lands on does not contain the text you've included
The exit intent condition
Use this condition to target customers who are likely to leave your website. This condition will be triggered when visitors move their mouse closer to the browser window. This usually happens when visitors are switching tabs or closing their window.
