This guide will outline a few tips and tricks to keep in mind when your Easypop campaigns aren't loading as expected.

Make sure the app embed is toggled on


  1. Navigate to your theme editor and select Theme settings > App embeds > Easypop then toggle Easypop on ****and click save

Make sure you're conditions are met when previewing


When you create a campaign in Easypop you're able to set different conditions. These conditions have to be met in order for the campaign to be displayed.

This is usually one of the reasons your campaign may not be showing.

For example, if you have use the cart size condition set to greater than 4, you will need to add at least 5 items to your cart before you can preview your campaign.

Make sure your campaign is published


If your campaign is live you should see Live next to the edit and delete links on your dashboard. You will also see a toggle switch along the left edge, check to make sure this is enabled.

Make sure your frequency limit is not reached
